About Me

Since childhood, I have resisted rigid boxes and predetermined frameworks. I have always wanted to know:

What lies beneath? What is emerging? What is being overlooked?

I am drawn to the fluid, wild, and shifting landscapes of creative Being. I am interested in the unsaid, the unnoticed, the cast-out, and the taboo, and I often find myself asking:

How might this, too, be brought back into the circle of belonging?

I care less about arriving at a final conclusion than remaining in relationship with what is present, what is changing, and what is asking to emerge or to die. I value curiosity, open-handed listening, and humility before the mysteries that cannot be fully understood but must be lived, touched, and felt.

My path has moved through many landscapes. I have studied end-of-life care, trained in energy healing, completed a shamanic apprenticeship, and owned my own gym. Though these paths may appear different, each has led me toward the same inquiry:

How do we meet life as something living, rather than something to be conquered or controlled? How can I honor the in-between state of things without rushing to fill it with answers?

I am drawn to thresholds, to those places where something is no longer and something else has not yet arrived. I love to honor what has been while helping to midwife what is becoming. As a mother, a lover, and a student of creation, I continue to allow life to shape and transform me. I share what I have gathered along the way while honoring the uniqueness, brilliance, and soul-gifts of each person I meet.

I do not believe there is a single right way to be a human being. I welcome the many ways we sense, move, communicate, perceive, and make meaning, and I believe our differences can invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves and one another.

Thanks for being here.
