Mission Statement

My work is rooted in dignity, truth, embodiment, and deep respect for the human spirit. I offer spaces for honest transformation, meaningful inquiry, and the courage to live in deeper alignment with what is most true.

I do not relate to people as broken. Beneath conditioning, grief, survival patterns, and distortion, I believe there remains something fundamentally whole and worthy within each person. My work is devoted to helping people reconnect with that deeper ground in themselves.

I hold spaces that are both compassionate and direct. I care about what is real. I care about integrity, responsibility, embodiment, and the willingness to meet life honestly.

My approach is informed by decades of spiritual inquiry, lived experience, embodied practice, mentorship, motherhood, devotion, and deep listening. I honor the sacredness of being alive, the intelligence of the body, the wisdom carried through relationship and ancestry, and the mystery that moves through genuine transformation.

My work exists in service to what is most alive, most honest, and most

deeply human in us.

The ground I stand on:
  • Dignity: I do not relate to people as broken, lesser or disposable

  • No Shame at This Table: No humiliation, degradation, spiritual superiority, or weaponized exposure

  • Directness with Compassion: Truth and clarity matter, and kindness doesn't require avoidance

  • Sovereignty & Consent: No coercison, dependency, guru dynamics, pressure, or authority over your life

  • Depth Over Performance: No pressure to perform healing, spirituality, vulnerability or transformation

  • Reverence for Mystery: Acknowledgement that transformation is not fully controllable and that grace, spirit, and the unknown are part of my work and worldview

  • Embodiment: The body is not treated as an obstacle or enemy

  • Responsibility: Participants remain responsible for their own choices, discernment and lives

  •  Non-Pathologizing Orientation: I do not reduce people to diagnoses, wounds or trauma identities

Confidentiality & Privacy

Everything shared in a session is held in absolute confidentiality. You have the right to say "no" at any time to any exercise or inquiry that you wish to keep private or close to your heart. Your own sovereignty is the utmost priority. I'd encourage you to disclose details of your process only to those who can hold your experience with care and wisdom, and to honor your own experience and journey as sacred.

Scope

I am a healing practitioner, not a licensed therapist. My work is not a substitute for formal therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat underlying health conditions. I encourage you to seek therapeutic support from a licensed professional to move through deeper emotional processing where applicable.

Fees & Refund Policies

My fees are final, and refundable only in situations where our work together has become untenable or we cannot find a time that works for us both. Because I put a lot of my own energy and time into the sessions, my fees reflect the energetic exchange of the work. I am open to a sliding scale or reduced fee if cost is prohibitive.

Sliding scale is offered on a case-by-case basis. Once payment has processed, you have 24 hours to cancel; after 24 hours, I will refund 50% of what has been paid if no reason is given for cancellation. All paid sessions must be used within three months of booking. If you cannot make a session, I require 24 hours notice.
