Through embodiment, direct inquiry, spiritual depth work, and grounded relational presence, I guide people into deeper relationship with their own inner authority, discernment, and capacity to meet life honestly.

I work with the body as a form of intelligence, honoring the connection between instinct, integrity, nervous system, intuition, and lived experience. This work is rooted in dignity, directness, compassion, and deep respect for the human spirit.

My approach is informed by decades of spiritual inquiry, embodied practice, mentorship, motherhood, devotion, and deep listening.​​​
